Midland Roofing is now providing a hassle-free way to virtually test out various roofing and home design choices. The GAF Virtual Remodeler Tool, allows potential customers and homeowners to “Mix and match GAF shingles styles and colors along with side trim and doors to create the perfect look for your home.” This new feature on our website allows homeowners to preview a variety of different colors and different options quickly and easily. This is simply done by using an image of the homeowner’s own home which they take and upload directly to the site themselves. The GAF Virtual Remodeler Tool is a big step and is very exciting for both the homeowner and the contractor. Due to no more delays from the contractor for a map of your own home. With just a few clicks homeowners can quickly map out their own roof via online or on their phone. It is very simple to use with only a few steps on how to navigate through each step which we provided below:

How To Use:

1. Visit GAF Virtual Remodeler Tool on your computer or even on your Smartphone and upload a photo of your home or use the provided model homes listed
2. Choose a roof color from 4 of our most popular collections (Timberline, Designer, 3-Tab, and Truslate)
3. Select a wall color for the exterior of your home (All, Upper, Upper-Center, Porch, Right, Chimney, Siding, Brick, or Paint)
4. Pick out a paint surface color for either your shutters, deck, or trim. (All, House Trim, Window Trim, Front Door, or Shutters)
5. Compare the photo of your house before and after to see the transformation
6. You can print, share, email, or download your final design when you are finished to show to the Midland team
7. Homeowners can benefit from this virtual tool because of its simplicity and how quick it is to use by using just one click. They can select and apply various shingles, colors, and surfaces stress-free with confidence. This tool allows homeowners to preview what their house will look like once finished with all the steps. The homeowner will be confident in their results, and it gives them a better idea of what their home will look like once the project is finished.
